Thank you for shopping at Pick N Pay Mart! We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

Perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@picknpaymart.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions and a return address if your request is approved.

3. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time.

4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@picknpaymart.com.
